was a good show for Mr. P. Plenty of red dots. etc.. It is doubtful if he has any of these pieces anymore.

Les Paterson (above), originally from Reyjavik, Iceland, became a painter after punching out his professor of physics at Le Sorbonne in France in 1995 over an argument about neutrinos, then fleeing to Canada believing the guillotine had not yet been outlawed there. Les Paterson believes that being a painter is the ideal lifestyle for Canada. 'We are so spoiled here. It is a land of excess!' he is fond of saying at almost any given time. This feeling is often apparent in his richly coloured paintings. Christened 'Zod Zertses' in 1973 by his mother, Nona, he changed his name to 'Les Paterson' for several reasons. 'See the movie "Les Paterson Saves the world" and you will know all about me,' he is fond of saying over the phone. Les Paterson has never been to Bermuda.
